李老师曾先后任职于中国台湾永进精密铸造、美国维信电子、苏州福莱盈电子、苏州优服集团等企业。他在各家工厂中参与生产管理与改善实践，从基层做起，历任领班、生产主管、工段督导、培训督导、班督导、生产经理等职位。
李老师曾经通过合理化建议，改善、控制生产原材中稀有金属含量配比，每年为公司节约生产成本800万元以上；通过钻孔包装数量翻翻技术，每年为公司降低成本1400万。李老师常年致力于生产现场管理和改善，所以特别了解生产现场容易发生哪些问题，生产现场需要一些什么样的人才以及如何培养这样的人才。他在管理任职期间主讲《管理技巧》类课程超过280场，为企业培养了一百多位符合企业需要的优秀一线管理人员。李老师由于其突出的业绩和对公司杰出的贡献，深受学员和公司领导的欢迎和认可！

He has worked for MFLEX (one of the largest global flexible circuit manufacturers & assemblers), and FOREWIN FPC (SUZHOU) CO., LTD. He has participated in production management and improvement practices in each factory. He has held positions such as front-line leader, production manager, and training Supervisor.
